Terms and Conditions If you download the app or use it, these terms will be automatically applied to you. You're not allowed to copy, modify, or alter any part of the app or our trademarks in any way. It's not allowed to extract the source code of an app, and you shouldn't translate it into another language, or make derivative version of it. Trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the app still belong to Ubivelox Philippines Inc. Ubivelox Philippines Inc is committed to making the app as convenient and efficient as possible. As such, we reserve the right to modify the App or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without telling you exactly what you are paying. The Ubivelox App stores and processes personal data that you provide to us in order to provide our services. It's your responsibility to keep access to your phone and apps secure. Therefore, we do not recommend to jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing limitations and restrictions imposed by the official operating system of your device. Your phone may become vulnerable to malware, viruses, malicious programs that can compromise your phone's security features and cause the Ubivelox App to stop working properly or not at all. Please note that Ubivelox Philippines is not responsible for certain matters. Certain features of the app require an active internet connection for the app. Connectivity may be provided by the Wi-Fi or wireless providers, however Ubivelox Philippines cannot be held responsible for the app not functioning at full functional without access to Wi-Fi or don't have enough any data allowance. Please note that the terms of your agreement with your cellular service provider apply even if you use the app. As a result, you may be charged by your cellular service provider for the duration of your connection while accessing the App or other third-party charges. By using the App, you are responsible for any such charges including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your county with disabling data roaming. Please note that if you are not the bill payer of the device you are using the app on, you will be deemed to have received permission to use the app from the bill payer. In connection with Ubivelox Philippines liability for the use of the App, when using the app, we endeavor to ensure that the App is always up-to-date and accurate, however, we may use third parties to provide us with information so that we can make it available to you. Ubivelox Philippines is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss you suffer as a result of your experience on this feature of the App. At some point, you may need to update your app. The app is currently available for Android only and will be available in IOS soon. The requirements for systems (and any additional systems we wish to extend the availability of the app to) are subject to change and updates should be downloaded if you wish to continue using them. Ubivelox Philippines does not promise that the app will always be updated to be relevant to the user and/or work with the Android versions installed on the device.
